Is the wood real oak?

Yes. All our furniture is crafted using solid oak, not a laminate lookalike.

Will it fit in my space?

Our bed frames are designed with small spaces and rentals in mind. Low-profile, minimal, and easy to move. You can find full dimensions on each product page.

We offer free returns and refunds if our products don't fit your space, no questions asked.

Do you offer a trial period?

We offer a 30-night trial on all beds and accessories to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.

To initiate a return, simply contact our team and we’ll guide you through the process.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to get your order to you quickly and safely. Usually within 1–3 business days from our warehouse in Auckland.

If an item needs to be ordered in, we’ll let you know straight away and offer a discount for your patience.

What is your refund + return policy?

We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’ll make it right.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll send a replacement or refund you straight away. Just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.

For change-of-mind returns, we accept unused items in original packaging within 14 days.
